The best public transportation option is Limousine Bus from Sendai Station.
Currently there is no direct railroad service to Sendai Airport. The fastest and most reliable way to access the airport is to take Tohoku Shinkansen to Sendai and then Airport Limousine bus from there. The bus leaves from the 15-2 bus stop of Sendai Nishiguchi Bus Pool.It takes about 40 minutes to Sendai Airport. You can get a one-way ticket or a round way ticket at the bus pool. From Yamagata, direct bus service is available from Yamako Bldg. bus terminal next to JR Yamagata station. Bus services are also available from JR Natori, Koshidate, and Iwanuma stations. Please note a limited number of buses run a day from Natori and Iwanuma. |
